We are looking for empathetic Career Counsellors and Coaches who will coach the learners unlock their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Counselling new inquiries, taking feedback and follow-ups
- Converting inquiries into admissions
- Coach learners using online platform/phone calls as per the schedule
- Manage coaching calendar with flexibility for requests
- Responsible for overall development of the school
- Developing a creative learning community across the school
- To build a community of creative learning practice across the school, involving all departments as appropriate
ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR
Desired Candidate Profile :
Graduate with one year experience in Counselling Telecalling.
Age Limit : 21-35 years
Minimum Competencies :
- Effective communication skills (oral and written)
- Basic computing skills
- Technical competencies
